Contact Symantec Customer Service For Billing Issues

A problem with your credit card on file with Symantec can cause a disruption in your virus protection service, as your card is charged annually to maintain your software's membership. If you need to contact Symantec to update your credit card information or replace the current card on file, you can do so by calling the Symantec customer service line. Alternatively, you can also contact Symantec customer service by email or through online chat.


Instructions


1. Visit the Symantec support site and click the drop-down menu at the top of the browser. Click Call Norton Support and fill out the online form with your name, email address, product name, version and operating system. Click Norton product subscriptions in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the browser window, and click Submit to receive the Symantec phone number and speak with a live customer service representative.


2. Visit the Norton Chat Support page and fill out your first and last name in the chat registration form. Enter your email address, product and version number and type your billing issue in the Describe Your Issue field. Click Start Chat to begin chatting with a live agent through your Internet browser.


3. Visit the Norton Support page and click Email Us in the browser window. Click Norton Product Subscriptions in the category drop-down menu, and enter your serial number or account ID in the online form. Enter the expiration date of your subscription, and select your Internet connection type. Enter your billing issue in the message form. Fill out the remainder of the form with your name, email address, phone number and product. Click Submit to send the email to the Symantec customer service. A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours of submitting the form.
