Having a Bluetooth headset such as the Motorola H500 headset allows you to drive and talk without having to hold your cell phone, as well as hold conversations conspicuously. In order to use your Bluetooth headset, you must pair it with your phone's Bluetooth system.
Instructions
1. Plug your Motorola H500 headset into the adapter supplied with the device. Allow two hours for the headset to fully charge.
2. Set your phone's Bluetooth to On in the phone's Bluetooth menu; then click the command to have your phone search for other Bluetooth devices.
3. Remove the adapter from the H500 earpiece.
4. Depress the Call button on the headset for six to 10 seconds. Wait for a blue light to appear on the headset.
5. Click on the icon for the H500 on your phone's screen.
6. Type 0000 on your phone when prompted for a passkey. The headset is connected when the light on the device stops flashing and glows solidly.
