AARP is a non-partisan membership organization that lobbies for and helps people age 50 and older. The association, which has existed for more than 50 years, provides information on health care, retirement plans, insurance and other programs. AARP has an estimated 40 million members. and it has offices in all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. To find an AARP office in your state, all you need is a Internet browser.


Instructions


1. Go to www.aarp.org/states on the Internet. Then click on your state on AARP's map of the United States.


2. Look on the left side of your screen under the heading "AARP State Office" for the location of the AARP office in your state. You will see the name of the AARP office; its address; telephone and fax numbers; email address; hours the office is open; and a map link so you can see where the office is.


In addition to its state offices, AARP has regional offices, legislative offices, information centers and media offices in some states. These are listed below state offices.








3. Write down or print out the AARP office information. Call or email the AARP office with your question or problem.
