Confusion
Females having a mini stroke may experience sudden confusion as to location and time of day, and this symptom may last a few minutes or up to a few hours.
Loss of Balance
A mini stroke may cause females to lose their sense of balance and coordination, which may result in injuries, especially if other conditions such as osteoporosis are present.
Numbness
Numbness or tingling on one side of the face or body is a symptom of a mini stroke in females that may last for several hours.
Speech Problems
Speech problems, such as a temporary inability to speak clearly or understand spoken speech, are symptoms of a mini stroke in females.
Vision Problems
Vision problems, including blurry or double vision as well as a temporary loss of vision in one eye, are mini stroke symptoms.
Weakness
Females having a mini stroke may experience temporary weakness in the muscles, especially on one side of the body, which may interfere with the ability to stand or walk.
