Make Your Own Lecithin Body Wraps

Body wraps are a new method of reducing toxins and fat in the body. Through the use of wraps, women can quickly remove excess fat from the body naturally. Additional benefits include improved circulation, tightening of the skin and alleviation of muscle and joint pain. Most wraps take about an hour and require few ingredients to be effective. Here is a step-by-step process to make your own lecithin body wraps.

Instructions

1. Open your pores by taking a hot shower. Do not shave your legs. Turn up the heat to ensure the wrap stays warm through the whole hour. Dry-brush your skin with a scrub.

2. Boil a half-gallon of distilled water in a large pot and remove from its heat source. Add four to five cups of dried lecithin to the mix and allow to sit and cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Test the mixture, it is cool enough when it is comfortable to the touch.

3. Dip your thin towels into the mixture. Lay each towel on your skin starting at the ankles. Make sure the towels stay hot for the full 60 minutes by keeping the room temperature hot.

4. Take a bath after the wrap is complete. You may take a cool or warm bath, depending upon personal preference, but ensure that it is not hot.

5. Take a hot bath two to three days after the wrap to help open the pores and release more toxins.
