Beat Anxiety

Anxiety is among the most common medical conditions, and people who suffer from it continually search for relief. Here are some ways you can stop your anxiety before it starts.

1. Take a warm bath. Sometimes with all the hustle and bustle of work and life, we forget to take time for ourselves. If you find your pulse starting to rise, immediately slow down your pace and take a warm bath with soothing salts.


2. Talk to a friend or family member and get any stress you may have off your chest. Stress leads to anxiety and pulsating heart beats. Let things go that are bothering you and you will feel less anxious.








3. Exercise your body and mind. Whether it is a 5K run or a yoga session, do some form of exercise. Exercise keeps the anxiety away and allows people to exert all there frustrations in a physical way.








4. Go to a therapist for some help. Discuss with them your triggers and moments when you feel most anxious. By identifying your triggers and stressful situations, you can learn to work on them and overcome the fears.


5. Identify your own triggers. Whenever you begin to feel anxious or know when an anxiety attack is coming on, stop and recognize what you are doing. Identifying the situation you are in might be the key to understanding where your anxiety stems from.


6. Eat healthy. You can reduce stress and anxiety in your life by eating healthy foods that keep you balanced and going throughout the day. Breakfast is the most important meal, so don't miss it.
