How Does a Person Clean a Bowels?

One thing that is for sure is that everyone in the world has to make a bowel movement, and it doesn't matter if you're the President of the United States, the governor, the Queen of England or a movie star. Everyone has to eliminate regardless of who they are, yet for some reason so many of us want to pretend like we don't or it's a dirty little subject. However, proper elimination is essential for a healthy body and colon. A clean colon is important to prevent many diseases from developing in the body. It has been said that death begins in the colon when it is backed. Our society insists on treatments to combat diseases such cancer, heart disease, skin cancer, lupus and diabetes and the answer to combat these diseases has been treatment through pills and other chemical concoctions to get cured. However, the answer is not pills and other chemical concoctions that result in terrible side effects causing more problems, but to submit to a healthier diet and making sure that our colons are clean and healthy.

What Can You Do to Promote Healthier Bowel Movements?

There are some things that a person can do to obtain a healthier and cleaner colon. Some of these things include drinking at least six to eight glasses of water and stay away from bland colored food that are lacking in nutrition and fiber or high in sugar content. These would include foods such as cookies, white flour, white rice, white pasta, potatoes, white sugary items, crackers, white bread, crackers and potato chips.

It is also very important to eat a diet high in fiber, but you will need to know the differences in fiber and what type of fiber to eat to promote bowel elimination. Insoluble fiber pulls waste through the body and is useful in promoting elimination and alleviating constipation. Foods such as fruits and vegetables (especially raw vegetables), seeds, whole grains and wheat are great sources. Soluble fiber breaks down as is passes through the body and it creates a gel that works like a sponge attracting and ridding the human body of toxic substances. Fibers that work well in this function are psyllium, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice and quinoa.

Limit Your Tea and Coffee Intake

When you are in the process of cleaning your colon, it is important to stay away from drinks like coffee and tea, which function as diuretics. Diuretics exhaust excess water from your body, and when this happens, constipation is the result. You will also want to stay away from alcohol, soda and juices. They are all high in sugar. A high sugar intake is also unhealthy for the body.

It is also very important not to neglect the urge when it comes to empty your bowels. It is nature's way of letting you know it is time. Bowel elimination is essential to healthy body inside and out. Skin health and appearance can also be affected by poor bowel elimination.

Extra Help in Bowel Elimination

Some people's bowels have become so sluggish over the years, due to a poor diet and ignoring their peristaltic urges, that they may need the assistance of a natural colon cleanse product to help clean their colons. However, one should first try eating natural foods like fruits and vegetables and leaning toward a better diet before succumbing to colon cleanse products. Making these few changes in your diet and life can help you to clean your bowels. It is important to stick with eating right and to make it a lifestyle change because it will take a while to clean your colon after eating poorly for so many years and not having regular healthy bowel movements.
