Multiple sclerosis is a disease of the immune system that causes the body to attack the protective coverings of the nerves. Loss of Vision
People with multiple sclerosis may experience partial or complete loss of vision in one eye at a time.
Pain
Multiple sclerosis in the upper part of the body may cause tingling or pain, especially with particular types of movements of the head, according to the Mayo Clinic.
Dizziness
Dizziness and difficulty with hand/eye coordination may result from multiple sclerosis in the upper body.
Neurological
If multiple sclerosis affects the nerves of the brain, sufferers may experience side effects including memory problems, difficulty concentrating and depression.
Muscle Spasms
Muscle spasms or tremors of the neck, head, arms and hands may be effects of multiple sclerosis in the nerves of the upper body.
