Joint pain can range to mild discomfort to crippling stiffness. It can be an inconvenience or even life altering.There are several conventional therapies available that can be effective in easing joint pain. However, there are several herbal options that can provide relief from joint pain.


Ginger


In terms of joint pain ginger can work as an anti-inflammatory. Ginger can slow the production of prostaglandis and leukotrienes both responsible for swelling and pain. By adding ginger to your food or drinking ginger tea, you have a perfect remedy for joint pain relief and the swelling that often accompanies it.


Apple Cider Vinegar








Apple cider vinegar is beneficial in relieving joint pain. One of the main causes for joint pain is mineral deficiency in the body. Apple cider vinegar is rich in magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and calcium all of which are essential for the body. Someone who suffers from arthritis and is deficient in these essential nutrients may have an increase in joint pain and inflammation.








Apple cider vinegar can be used a variety of ways to help the body. First the vinegar you use must be organic and raw. Refined vinegars is not effective. The vinegar should be darkish with residue floating in the bottom. The easiest way to take vinegar is to mix 1 to 3 tsp. in approximately 8 oz. of water. Drink the solution three times a day. You can sweeten the solution with honey.


Apple cider vinegar can be applied directly to the skin for pain relief. Mix 1 cup of apple cider vinegar with 6 cups of warm water to make a soak for aching joints. Or mix 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil and massage over swollen and painful areas.
