3. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on your food every day. Capsaicin, which is the active ingredient of cayenne pepper, can help stimulate your appetite. It can also help you heal faster and reduce the inflammation and pain associated with surgeries.


4. Drink one bottle of Siberian ginseng extract every day. Siberian ginseng includes the compounds eleutherosides, which acts by stimulating your appetite and giving you energy throughout the day. Ginseng also can help improve your immune system to help fight against microorganisms that may enter your surgical wounds. You can buy Siberian ginseng at most Asian supermarkets.
