Prevent Stains On Your Dentures

You can prevent stains on your dentures by modifying your diet, cleaning them regularly and eating foods that reduce stains.

Instructions

1. FOODS THAT STAIN - Avoid eating foods that will stain your dentures. To prevent stains on your dentures do not drink coffee, or tea. Do not eat foods such as cranberries, blueberries, mustard, turmeric or pomegranate. These foods will definitely stain your dentures. At least do not eat them when you need to have a bright white smile.

2. FOODS THAT PREVENT STAINS - Consume foods that clean or prevent stains after you eat. Foods such as lemons, lemon juice, vinegar or pickled ginger are great for keeping your smile white.

3. CLEAN - Clean your dentures regularly with baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide can clean most stains off of your dentures. If you need to remove a stubborn stain, soak them in bleach, rinse thoroughly and then brush them with your favorite toothpaste. You can easily prevent stains on your dentures which will make keeping them clean easier.
